SHIPPING 

We ship to most of Europe and all of Canada, Australia and Japan via USPS Priority Mail Express International services. Delivery time varies base upon your country location and Custom Services, but usually between 5-15 business days. Please understand that there are sometimes delays in clearing Customs in your home country that are beyond our control. These delays can range anywhere from a day to several weeks in some cases. There may also be additional taxes, fees or tariffs allocated to the shipment by Your country's Customs. We have no way to know how much if any additional import fees your country may assign to your package. These fees are the buyer's responsibility. We advise you to contact your country's Customs department to better understand the likely import fees that they may assign prior to completing your purchase. Please do not request that we alter the value of your package on the customs forms below its selling price as this is a violation of International and US Federal law.

Returns & Warranty 

14 DAYS NO HASSLE RETURN POLICY: ALL OF MY WATCHES ARE INSPECTED AND TESTED FOR FUNCTIONALITY BEFORE LISTING, AND SECURELY PACKAGED FOR SHIPPING. RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED, IF YOU RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, AND CONTACT US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM. AFTER 7 DAYS PLEASE UTILIZE THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY SERVICE. THE BUYER MUST CONTACT US FOR RETURN INSTRUCTIONS. RETURN SHIPPING COST IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY, UNLESS YOU RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM OR DEFECTIVE.

 

BUYERS REMORSE WILL BE SUBJECTED TO A 15% (PERCENT) RE-STOCKING FEE AND THE WATCH MUST BE RECEIVED IN NEW, UNUSED AND UNMODIFIED CONDITION.

PAYMENT

US and Canada

For US and Canadian clients, we accept payment either through Paypal or a major credit card. We strongly recommend using Paypal to pay for your transaction as it is extremely safe for both the buyer and the merchant. Due to the overwhelming amount of fraudulent orders we receive, we regret that we can only ship orders to the billing address of the credit card holder or the authorized shipping address of the Paypal account owner.

International Orders (outside of the US and Canada)

For orders placed from outside the US or Canada, we can Only accept Paypal for payment. It is not possible for us to verify the correct billing address for credit cards issued by institutions outside of North America so the risk of shipping an order placed with a stolen credit card number is simply too high. We know this can be frustrating however part of our role as a responsible merchant is to protect honest customers against the unauthorized use of their credit cards.  Thank you in advance for your understanding.
